Companies with a minimum of two years experience in business who can accept Vela's Purchase Order and Service Purchase Order Terms and Conditions may apply to be included in the approved Vendor List. Vela's Vendor Survey Questionnaire is available in Vendors Downloads page for companies to download, complete and submit. Companies submitting the questionnaire may kindly ensure that they enclose all requested attachments such as Reference List of companies they are dealing with and a copy of the latest Audited Financial Statements.

Special Service Providers such as Freight forwarders, Port Agents, Manning Agents, and Travel Service Providers may fill up the Questionnaire for Special Service Providers.

The completed forms should always be submitted to the Dubai Procurement Unit in our Head Office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates irrespective of the geographical location of the applying company.
